A surprise

On my way to my parent's house last night I was chatted on the phone with my mom all the way home.  She told me my little brother, Jared, had purchased a little surprise for me at the store.  He was waiting up to give it to me but I was going to be home late so she sent him to bed.  He woke me up this morning with this....

I love it!  It was so sweet of him to think of me and then insist that it was purchased for me.  He told me all about how great it is.  It is sterling silver AND gold AND cost a whole $15!  That kind of money doesn't come easy to a seven year old.  This gift is full of love.

I put it on and then asked him to pose for a picture with me.  This is what I got....

I asked him afterwards if he smiled. He said "a little."  :)  I told him we needed to take it again and he had to smile this time.  

I had to resort to tickling, but I got a picture with him smiling.  Thanks for my necklace, Jared.  I love it and I love you!
